By submitting your entry to the Flip Runway Refinishing Awards, you grant us permission to use your work in various ways. This includes, but is not limited to, showcasing it at The Refinishing Renaissance exhibition, featuring it in social media posts, on our website, in award marketing emails, and including it in the official Furniture Renaissance exhibition film. Additionally, your work may be used in any future marketing materials, videos, and images, and may be edited or combined with other works for promotional purposes. This allows us to celebrate and promote your artistry to a wider audience.

For those nominating others, please be aware that we will contact the nominee to obtain their permission to use their work in the aforementioned ways.
